  1. Manitoba Youth Centre (MYC), the largest youth correctional centre in Manitoba, is located at 170 Doncaster Street in Winnipeg. It can house approximately 157 young males and females. Youth admitted to MYC have been charged as young offenders.  They are held in custody until the courts make a decision on their charges.
