Where is the RNC supposed to take place?

I know some of McCain supporters were praying for Obama's speech to get rained out tommorow night & instead it looks like the RNC might have some whether problems but I didn't know if they are having problems with the people who were to show up or if they are actually in the bad weather area. I read Arnold Swartzenegger may not show up for some other reason. So I just wanted to know the location of the event.

  is an in door facility referred to as the "giant baggie" , by baseball

  fans, because it reminds people of a giant trash bag. Insert your own
