Where is the Speed Sensor for a 1995 Pontiac Grand Am 2.3L MFI DOHC Quad 4?

I need to locate the speed sensor for this vehicle so I can check the wiring. The speedometer keeps going in and out with a Check Engine light. When the speedometer is not working the transmission will not shift gears. It has been going in and out all day today.

On my 1998 Grand Prix, it is an integral part of the front wheel hub.  This is also used for the ABS system.

It's by the right front axle in the transmission housing! Has two wires going to it, the only connector on that part of trans.

I cant be to sher but it is usualy naxt to or inside the brake on the front write or left weel.
