Where is the Trick Master?

I have Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald for Gameboy Advance. Where is the Trick Master? How do I find him? Thank you!

The Trick Master is located in route 110 for all three games. After you beat his eight different challenges, he will disappear. Good luck completing his challenges and earning the prizes!
