  2. Have you never heard of the Greenwich Meridian? That's half your answer. The rest of the answer is in an atlas.

  3. At the Royal Observatory in Greenwich the latitude is

    51 Degrees 28' 40" North

    (and obviously longitude is 0 degrees)
