Where is the best, most surreal, and beautiful place on earth?

I know people might think that this is all personal preference, but I just want to know what is the most peaceful, open, expansive, beautiful, gorgeous, etc. place on Earth. Right now I'm thinking Australia even though I've never been there. But can someone tell me?

Well, the most surreal place I've ever experienced would have to be the base of Niagara Falls in New York/ Canada. Standing on the deck of the Maid of the Mist with all these hundreds of thousands of gallons of water plunging hundreds of feet all around you is just an incredible experience.

If you remove expansive I would have to say Venice, Italy.  Canals for streets and boats for cars and trucks and buses.  Even funny boat ambulances and hearses.  So totally mind blowing.
