  1. In my pants.

  2. There are loads!  It depends on what you like.

Birmingham is the home of the 'Balti' which is a curried dish of various ingredients cooked and served in a wok-like dish called a 'korai' (sp).  It is like a curried stew and is fairly cheap and cheerful but fabulously tasty.  Not eaten with rice but witha  huge naan bread.  The best Balti houses are to be found in Stoney Lane in the Sparkhill area.

For a more refined taste, I would recommend the Kababish, Jockey Road, Sutton Coldfield (the fave Indian restaurant of one Robbie Williams of ex-Take That fame) or Xzacutti, College Road, Kingstanding.  Both do a very extensive menu including a 'fusion' menu which is a mixture of east-meets-west flavours.

    Enjoy!
