We have lived in Melbourne for four years, having moved from Sydney. We live in the victoria & Albert apartments, near the old brewery and the Tribeca monstrocity "New" apartments. Entrance's are off Victoria parade & Albert street, East Melbourne. A wonderful new fish & chip shop called "Kiwi" has just opened in the shopping strip underneath... quite honestly, the BEST fish & chips I have ever tasted in my life. If you have tried them and know of a better one, I probably won't believe you, but let me know your thoughts anyway.

  1. Scott Street Fish and Chip Shop in Scott Street, Melton make really nice fish and chips. They are not too greasy and the size of a piece of flake will really surprise you.

    It is worth the journey!!!

  2. The best fish and chip shops in Melbourne are on Ocean Grove road. Anglesea, Ocean Grove, Torquay all have deliscious fish and chips. Williamstown and Altona also have mouth-watering fish and chips. Generally it seems to be that the best fish and chips shops are by the sea.
