Where is the best Sunday brunch cafe/restaurant?

Eastern suburbs - try Wollahra or Double Bay.  My favourite is DeeBees in Double Bay.  

Lower North Shore - Mosman or Balmoral.  Try Bathers Pavilion or Watermark restaurant in Balmoral Beach.

Inner West - Cinq in Newtown or Glebe (off Broadway), Balmain (there's this cafe run by the Uniting Church... mad scrambled eggs), Rozelle or anywhere in Leichhardt for good Italian coffee.

Northern Beaches - Stella's in Dee Why

the South - Mezes or Signature in Brighton-le-Sands

sydney is spoiled for choices!

Anywhere in Bondi is great.

There are a number of places along Campbell Parade that I like to go to.  

On the south end there is a little place that has some chairs and tables outside.  Always full.

In Hall Street either Cafe Bondi or Skinny Dip (both of which are my favourites)
