Where is the best and cheapest seafood/buffet restaurant in Subang area?

My in-laws went for break fasting in one of the restaurants in Subang area but can't remember the name of the outlet. They paid RM17 per person for buffet/seafood or steamboat. Anyone been there or heard about it?
