  1. I'm not sure where you'd find dim sum that cheap, but here are some great places to try:

    Joy King Lau - http://www.london-eating.co.uk/2966.htm

    Jade Garden - http://www.london-eating.co.uk/3206.htm

New World - (has the dim sum trolley)

    Dragon Castle - http://www.london-eating.co.uk/28958.htm

The Royal China chain is popular, although the Baker Street branch gets very busy.

As for sushi...well, in London, you usually have to pay for good quality sushi but you could try Asakusa on Eversholt Street. It's a simple, no frills place but the sushi is excellent - always fresh and well prepared.

  2. There is a place called Gili Gulu in Covent Garden on Monmouth Street. It's slightly more expensive than your bbudget - £15 -but it's all you can eat sushi, plus noodles and soups!
