Where is the best anime conventions in the US ?

It's my first time going to a convention, and I want to travel next year(2009) for the summer. name the state,and city.

  1. It depends on how far you want to travel. I'm going to ACEN (anime central ) next year in Rosemont ILL. cause it's really close and that's the only one i've been to. it was really fun. Next summer there having it in boston, texas, milwaukee and other places.

    The two biggest Anime conventions in the United States / North America are:

    #1. Anime Expo - based in Los Angeles - Anaheim area, California.  

    2008 Attendance = 43,000

    2009 Date - July 2–5 in the Los Angeles Convention Center
