Where is the best bar/ club for 21 B-day party in Bay area?

i am gonna be 21 on April 5th and i want to have my party in one club but i don't know a good club that much?can anyone help me

Are you talking about the San Francisco Bay Area?  If so, try the Velvet Lounge, the Cellar, or the Holy Cow.  There is also Ruby Skye or Suite 181 (higher cover charge.)  All of these are in SF.  If you want to get out of the city, there are some spots in San Jose and the Tri-Valley if you look.  I'm drawing a blank right now!
