they say its south africa i have put a link below and it will tell you all about it. i had one done 7yrs ago in the uk and i wish i had gone abroad it cost me 7,500 and it was terrible.if your dead set on having it done go abroad.if you want any info on the op or how you feel after or anything just email me and i will tell you in private.
