Where is the best deal for an oil change in the portland/beaverton area?

i just need a basic oil and filter change for a low price. i want to get one on my way to vancouver from beaverton, so ones along sunset, i-405, and i-5 north of the fremont bridge would be ideal.

The Jiffy Lube off of Powell (I-205) offers an oil change for 19.99 when there is one bay open, which makes the wait like 15 minutes!

So, any Jiffy Lube would be my first best guess?
