Where is the best dim sum in Chicago?

Is there anyplace that has the carts? I'm really craving me some dim sum. Is there any place that has good dim sum in the suburbs (preferably west or northwest)?

Chinatown has the best dim sum in Chicago.

There is a place in Wheeling that is supposed to be pretty good.  I think it is Golden Chef.  It is located on Milwaukee Avenue, just north of Tuscany's and across the street and a bit south of Bob Chin's.

i agree with the other user that said that if you really want to grab some great dim sum, chinatown is the place to be.

i recommend the phoenix:

while they're a little on the pricey side, particularly for chinatown, their dim sum is supurb. (and i also love their crispy tofu).
