Where is the best face surgery in bay area? (for scar!)?

My face have two scar on my face, I want to get rid of it.

But I am foreigner, so I don't know where will be good place to be.

Does anybody have experience and done it before?? Please help me.

Can you recommend to me the best Dr.? I need a good skill Dr. !

you can try using this product called mederma you can get it like at walgreens or something.. it helps get rid of scares , im from the bay area too but i dont know of any places that do plastic surgery
