Where is the best lobster in las vegas?

I am going to las vegas in August. I like lobster tails and do not like the whole lobster on my plate. Where is the best place to get lobster tails in las vegas? I will be staying at the venetian so I would like to find some where within taxi ride.

Alan Alberts Steakhouse and Lobster House on Las Vegas Blvd.

To 9lives down there:  I thought that rule was for oysters.  Doesn't matter for live lobsters or frozen lobster tails.

well i dont recomend eating lobster in august not the right time          

;-( but if you want really really good lobster go to craftsteak they have good steak ;-) and lobster but a litle pricey but its at mgm grand good luck and happy dinning.

I've heard David Burke @ Venetian has a good lobster dish

can't say for sure as I've never tried it.

Emerils @ MGM has great seafood as does Joe's Seafood @ the Forum Shop. I personally like the scallops better but to each it's own

THERE ARE MANY BUT I WILL RECOMMEND THE HUGO'S CELLAR AT THE FOUR QUEENS--THE PLACE IS MY PERSONAL FAVORITE  AND IT HAS NEVER FAILED......THERE ARE SEVERAL PLACES IN THE VENETIAN...BUT YOU WILL FIND HUGOS REASONABLE..AND EVERYTHING IS CERTAINLY MORE REASONABLE.....ITS AT THE DOWNTOWN FREMONT STREET EXPERIENCE,..A SHORT RIDE FROM YOUR HOTEL...OR FOR ABOUT 5 BUCKS YOU CAN GET AN ALL DAY PASS(READ ROUND TRIP) TICKET FOR THE DOUBLE DECKER BUS THAT RUNS ON THE STRIP...GOOD LUCK

Sorry to tell you this, but LV doesn't have the best seafood.  I'm from the East Coast and live in LV now (3 yrs.)--the best lobster tails I've found so far have been at Outback...

I also found the outback steakhouse to have great lobsters and for a good price. I think if you get a steak dinner the lobsters were like $12-$15 bucks a piece..
