Where is the best mental health clinic near downtown toronto?

I'm in the midst of a mental/emotional break down. I feel insane. I need to go somewhere tomorrow.

There's a place on College and Spadina. I don't really know if that's what they're for but it's better than no one giving an answer. It's on the side with Tim Horton's  just a few doors down.

Try talking to someone from the CAMH office. They specialize in mental health issues and might be able to guide you in the right direction.

They have several offices in Toronto. One is near College & McCaul (right across the street from the U of T campus and beside the Second Cup.), the next is near College & Spadina and if you search, they might have someone or an office closer to you.
