I've met them everywhere, just like meeting anyone else.  There's no special "place" that cougars hang out waiting.  I met one only yesterday who was shopping at the local pharmacy.  I've met many at malls, grocery stores, etc. and online is always an option too.  It's just important to write the online profile so they know what is wanted, as many people still assume or prefer minor age differences over major ones.
