Where is the best place for as a single parent to live, have great opportunity for employment, childcare?

It is important for me to find a place that has employment and affordable living, good transportation system, low crime and excellant daycare. Culture is very important to me, and to go to sports activities.

I don't want to live just to pay rent, I want to enjoy parenting and life in general. Employers that allow someone with past Professional Assistant experience. It has been a while and I need a chance to get into some kind of field that pays the bills and allows extra money left over to chose to save or to have fun.
