I would say bed or shower.

I always do it before i go to bed. I don't like the shower all the water distracts me.

I would say your bed, but that's more for comfortability. When it comes to arousement, I would pick a place like a couch outside someone's bedroom, because that way you are jacking off alone, but you still have the feeling of someone possiblly catching you... The fear puts you on the edge.
