TAAL VISTA HOTEL the place is great for newly weds for their honeymoon.

I don't live in the PI, last time I was there was almost 10  years ago, but I do events here in the states but if Caleruega is anywhere close to nature, beaches, hills, a plantation, that would be a great place to have a reception.  

Go through a local caterer, save some money.

Bring in a little decor with 60 inch rounds that seat 10,  use the surrounding flowers/plants (not litterally) as centerpieces, bring in a 5-piece band... maybe bring in a few canopys/tents... nice. :)

People are always traveling out of country, to get married now, for the natural ambiance.
