Where is the best place in Houston to sell a dog?

I have a 1.5 year old Weimaraner who I am looking to sell. We adopted her around May from someone who had been mistreating her. She is a very happy dog, with lots of energy when outside. We have a small house and she is kept outside. She gets very little attention and we feel bad. I want her to have a home where she can be given the attention she needs.
