  1. That's a tough Question, Most places in Dublin 4, but it's quite expensive.

Anywhere in the country like Mayo, Galway, Clare, Donegal etc.

    Good Luck. = )

  2. I'm from Newry and it's a great family area, with good schools and facilities, beside the beautiful Mourne mountains, one hour to Dublin, forty minutes to Belfast.  Close to Banbridge, Dundalk, Carlingford, Omeath, Armagh, Monaghan.  It's lovely too, although as ur one above me said, it would be lovely to be near Donegal.

But come on!! you're in Ireland.  As long as you're armed with a cup of tea you'll be grand.

    Good Luck agus slainte!!!

    c",)

  3. Limerick. Really!

  4. derry for sure, close to donegal beaches people are great schools are avrage to brill

  5. Try Carlow, it's the second smallest county but the main town (Carlow) is busy.  The crime rates are low and it's about 30 mins away from Kilkenny and less than an hour away from Dublin.  A lot of commuters live here.  And there are a lot of schools to choose from in the town. The best for your son would be Bishop Foley NS, then secondary school would be the CBS or Knockbeg college.

There are 2 housing estates I would advise not to go to though, New Oak Estate and John Sweeney Park.
