I will be in Sydney from 6th Feb to the beginning of March, and was wondering where the best place would be to watch the Welsh 6 nations games (and the other games). Bearing in mind with the time difference the kickoffs will be either 12 midnight, 0200 h or 0400 h! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

  1. Hi Ryan, I go to Cheers bar on George St in Sydney.  Every year the get a great crowd for th 6 nations.  I was there last week, great atmosphere, mainly Irish and Welsh supporters.  They have a big screen and audio on. Only thing is you need to get there early as it gets pretty busy. They are open til 6am but they say they will open for all the 6 nations games including the Fra v Eng which is 7am.  I'm gonna check them out next week for the Super 14's too!

  2. Not a great answer I know but at a guess I'd find an Irish bar (as there are at least 10 in every town in the world)

Also big rugby fans , so ask where they'll be watching..

Sorry I can't be anymore help
