Where is the best place in the Buffalo NY area to buy nursing shoes/scrubs?

I am a newly employed nurse and getting tired of the over-priced nursing shoes and scrubs around here. Can anyone tell me where to find the best value on nursing shoes (I am in love with "nursemates") and scrubs? I have looked online, but with shipping costs, it didn't seem like the best deal either. Any advice? Thanks!

I always buy my scrubs online.  Tafford offers free shipping and has the best prices and quality I have found.

Their scrubs are the best, but run a little big, so check their size chart when ordering.
