There's too many places to pick just one.  Cozumel Mexico is world class.  So is the Red Sea, I'm told.  The Great Barrier Reef is somewhere I want to dive, some day.  Then there's the kelp forests off northern California.  There used to be a vertical shipwreck in the south Pacific somewhere.  A friend dove Truk Lagoon, and loved it.  The UK has Scapa Flow, the Florida Keys are great, the Great Lakes has pristine shipwrecks.  Why bother trying to find The Best, when there's so many Great Spots?

My friend's dad is a scuba diver....I'm not sure of the best place, but he's been to mexico, fiji and hawaii and many more places she didn't tell me about
