I live in the USA, and as great as it is... freedom and all... it is a scary place sometimes. Too much violence, too many killings, way too many people. Daily where I live there are murders, a kid was shot at a high school yesterday, a teacher had a gun pulled on her (it jammed thank God!) and today there was such a huge fight at another high school they called in the swat team and about 40 police cars.

If I had my choice, I would be in Australia. There are almost as many people here in Florida as there are in the whole country of Australia. It seems so much more peaceful than the US. Of course everywhere has its problems. So I guess we have to deal with what we are given.

Well, according to this website, Florence, Italy is the best city in the world (at least it was in 2006). Florence debunked Sydney from the top spot.

Surfers paradise ont he Gold Coast in south east Queensland is great. Fantastic climate, happy, friendly people, and one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world. If you visit the area you'll wanna go back for more, so if you've got the money give it a try and fall in love.
