Where is the best place......?

What do you think would be a good place for a first date with a girl? Should it be with a small group of close friends, or alone; just the 2 of us?

For a fist date go with dinner and a movie with a couple of friends, or as a bouble, because there's bound to be plenty of awkward silences. Other people could help with that.
