Where is the best place that makes the best snails (ESCARGOT) in PARIS?

Snails are pretty easily done, so you can go pretty much anywhere. However, I really reccommend 'Le Chartier' for its wonderful atmosphere. My dad found it down a little side street with his friends once, before I was born, and every time we've been to Paris since, we've eaten there.

Its where I first tried snails (and found them rather disatisfying), sat next to total strangers on a table (you're seated anywhere there's a space) and the atmosphere truly is great. You should definitely try it. http://www.restaurant-chartier.com
