have you tried your local GP centre because if you have special dietary requirements the chances are that at one time or another you are going to go to you local GP to get  help with something. have you got any health centre near you because sometime they run like diabetic evenings or your local church just a thought ??

I would put an add right in the yellow pages of the phone under specialty

catering.  With the growing number of diabetic's in the in the world and especially in the USA a catering business that specializes in  dietary foods should make a fortune.  I would also have a web site created for your business.  Sounds like a great venture.  Best of luck to you.
