Where is the best place to buy 10 year old boy clothes?

I want to get my son some school clothes that look a little more mature than what he has worn before but he is not big enough to wear the teenage boy's clothes. He is small for his age. I love Abercrombie and he has some but prices are a little high for the whole wardrobe. I really need some slim pants that are extra long in length. He can still where an 8S but they are too short.

  1. my son is 9 and I know exactly what you mean...you want to get him clothes that arent so babyish...I just went today to get him som school clothes...I went to ROSS and to Burlington Coat Factory.  They have the all the latest fashons andname brand clothes at reallycheap prices.  I got him a pair pf $34.00 shorts for $8.99 and a shirt that should have been $24 and only paid $7.... they also have shoes, socks, underwear, backpacks...ect...Last winter I got him an EKKO Unlimited hoddie at ROSS...origonal price $45.00 I got it for $17.

I hope that helps and I hope you have one or both of the stores near you!

  2. go to GAP, chlidrens place, JC Penney, or Kohls... they have some really nice clothes for boys and girls, and there not expensive either

  3. Target

    Khols

    GAP

  4. My mom bought stuff for me when I was young at the children place. They have what your looking for. The slim pants. But you could also try the GAP or something like that. But the children place has good quality clothes for young kids 8)

  5. kohls has some great stuff. It's got a wide variety and the prices aren't bad so it's not painful for your wallet when they outgrow the clothes in a month.

also try target, sometimes wal-mart (depends on your area), and old navy. good luck.

  6. Check out the list of boys clothing stores on mallphobia.com.

    I would try these stores.

    Dillard's

    Gap

    Gymboree

    JCPenney

    Kmart

    Kohls

    Macy's

    Old Navy

    Sears

    Walmart

  7. i believe that american eagle and hollister are stores that are just like abercrombie but a little bit cheaper...

  8. My children also like Abercrombie, Hollister and American Eagle. I buy tops ONLY. No one will know your child's pants came from Target. Try Ebay, I get really good deals on children's clothes there.

For pants, my son also is a slim, tall 9 year old. I get his pants at Old Navy online and Lands End online, as you can shop for slim sizing or pants with adjustable waists.

  9. Do you have a Ross? They are great for name brand Tees(DC, Etnies,Element,Quicksilver)I get all my boys shirts there they are really cheap, like under$10.

  10. try Old Navy online, they have a bigger selection when it comes to waist and length sizes.

  11. well these places are cheaper than abercrombie:

    old navy.

    jcpennys.

    bergners.

    h&m?

  12. If he likes clothes like Abercrombie, then he should shop at Hollister for tops or Abercrombie kids.  For bottoms, definitely go to Old Navy or Gap.  They have classic pants that are mature.  You should also check TJmaxx for hollister or Abercrombie tops at a really cheap price, or you could check out the outlet mall near you.  they always have cheap clothes and they're on sale on top of that!!

  13. Go to GAP, it has Great clothing, K-Mart also has good clothers
