Where is the best place to buy a Senegal parrot in Ireland? And can anyone give me more information about them

Living in Cork, friend wants to buy one but is having trouble finding places outside of the states. Any suggestions?

My parents have had a Senegal parrot for 30 years.  He was a "rescue" bird and isn't very friendly.... he hates men in particular, loves peeling Brussel sprouts, eating wholemeal toast and squishing strawberries.  He is in love with their spaniel.  He also has the loudest screech I have ever heard.
