Im trying to buy concert tickets because on September 1st it's my Moms birthday and she wants to go see her favorite band.I want to purchase the tickets for her.But what is the best place to buy tickets without the need of a credit card.

You can try Ticketmaster who usually located inside a Major department store such as Macy's, etc... Or you can look on ebay for a seller who offers a PayPal option with allows you to make a payment through a bank account.
