Where is the best place to buy custom posters?

We regularly have weekly specials and it's terribly expensive to have professional looking posters printed and chalkboards just don't cut it!

When asking a question like this, your location is important.  When I lived in Toronto there was this place on Finch just west of dundas on the south side that had good prices on all their printing.  Too bad I can't remember the name.

That's going to get quite expensive... I've seen at some restaurants... where there is a black board, and they use neon markers on it... Kind of has a nice look to it, when properly lit.
