best place? all external hard drives do the same thing anyway. if you're looking for quality, any computer store at malls that has a stock of 1 Terabyte external HDD for less than 15K means they're a good store that has a warranty. also look for stores that have Maxtor and Western Digital.

if you're looking for a cheap price, go to Gilmore.
