Where is the best place to buy hand-cuffs?

Dont worry, its not as kinky as you think. I just want to hang them on the rear view mirror in my car.

your local s*x shop, wal mart, you can find play ones at the dollar store.

Ur best bet is a gun shop they tend to have stuff like that. Or a s*x shop sum do carry around just plain jand cuffs.

Probably any dollar store or games department. Or you could see if your local police department has some old ones you can get. But I am not sure on their policies of giving out old handcuffs.

But if you can not find them at a store, you could always try looking at www.amazon.com or www.ebay.com for them
