  11. There are loads of Nando's in london, and they are very tasty!  Have a look on the website to find your nearest one

    This is a sit-down or takeaway pizzeria which also does great pastas and sandwiches. The typical pizza is £4.00 and is 13" diameter. Good choice of about ten toppings and it's v.quick and pretty trendy.

    Seriously, have you seen what goes into food at the preparation stage in these eating houses?

    I don't want to sicken anybody but the best thing you can do is make yourself a good balanced packed lunch and then go to where your mood takes you - the park, the riverbank, the underground, -  the world's your oyster.

    And don't forget the flask of cold or hot drink.
