Where is the best place to find a summer job in Rome? I am from London and I want to improve my Italian.?

I don't speak much Italian but I'm willing to work doing pretty much anything (in reason!!!)

  1. I lived there for 5 years and even for a summer job it's difficult to find even for Italians. So the top two job prospects would be

    1. Farm hand

    2. Teach English

    And dont think teaching English is easy...it's not. I thought it would be since English is my mother tongue but unless your really good at grammar its difficult. They wanna know all about past present articles etc...

  3. In a pub maybe?? English speaking staff is very appreciated, expecially during summer, as there are lots of tourists, but you should be able to speak some basic italian, just to make your colleagues able to understand you; or maybe as receptionist in hotels ( in summer they search for seasonable staff). good luck!
