In my opinion, the Happening Bagel Bakery on Seven Sisters Rd, very close to Finsbury Park. Its open from 7am to midnight, even on a sunday.

I would suggest Waterloo station.  You can find all sorts bagel and they are delicious

London is a big place, how far do you want to travel.  Remember Jewish bakeries will be closed on Saturdays.  Try large supermarkets, they will do them..
