it depends what state you live in cos you said eastern suburbs but a good place and  iknow of people getting there make up done there is MAC and Kit .. it was around $70 but you got the money back with products so you can purchase things for up to $70 and you wont need to pay. Loreal is also good. if you live in Australia all these places are in Myer and Chapel St and MAC is in msot countries and yeh good luck with it :)
