Where is the best place to get pet rats in MN?

I want to get a pair, but I don't know where the best place is.

Never buy any animal from a store. No responsible breeder would ever sell that way. A good breeder needs to get feedback from you much later on to check they're not breeding hereditary problems. Keeping some from a litter themselves isn't enough.

Search for a local breeder. Try using 'rattery' in your search. Or better still, an animal rescue centre.

In UK the best place to start is http://www.fancy-rats.co.uk. It might even be a good place to start wherever you are as it's very international.
