Where is the best place to go in Greece

Question

I am thinking of planning a trip to Greece, perhaps Kos and i wondered if anyone can recommend any hotels etc. Want a relaxing quieter holiday but stil want to be able to enjoy bars and restauarants near by. Looking to stay in a 5* all inclusive resort.

I am also planning for a trip to Greece and very interested to stay in Elounda. However, I would be travelling alone from Singapore and I am not really sure of a best place to stay.  Truly appreciate if anyone would be kind enough to share his/her opinions.  All your feedbacks would be genuinely valued.  Peace.

I wouldn't recommend you a vacation in Greece this summer. Just look about terrorist organization PEEK (Е.П.Е.К.) in Crete, you can also check what happened several times to Macedonian tourists in Greece, An Australian tourist who was beaten by bouncers while on holiday on the Greek island of Makings - he died later in the hospital, fires which greek firemen can't control and a really, really a lot of aggression and violations on the tourists by greeks, the "problem" about the name Macedonia and the denying the existence of the minorities in greece, the problem about Cyprus.

All this problems are making Greece indeed a dangerous place to visit.
