Where is the best place to go in Ireland?

I want to Visit Ireland for a month and I dont know where i want to go see or do? I was thinking somewhere i could ride horses on the beach and also have an amazing countryside..

Any suggestions.. and since i plan on stayin a month should i rent a car???

County Cork has everything you'd want from a holiday in Ireland!

I would reccomend a car for this lenth of stay.  Best to drive around the coast and achive your desire to ride a hirse on the beach. Best over all area (county) in my opinion is Co Clare: where you will find Shannon Airport, Ennis, The Burren, Cliffs of Mohir, Allwee Cave and much, much more!
