  1. Galway is a city but its small, and everywhere Ireland is pretty good accessibility wise.... if you go to one of the coastal towns in galway you can easily get to the city at night for some fun.

Dublin is good, but its busy so might be awkward to maneuvre around.  Tralee and Tramore are popular summer destinations and would have the facilities that might make your holiday more pleasurable and relaxing.

  2. Most places would be suitable.  Sligo is very good.  Kerry is also very very beautiful!  Donegal is  lovely place as well but can be quiet there will be few pubs with a band playing irish music.  Galway is another destination and as mentioned before Cork is a fab city with lots to do and many trips.  Dublin is very busy and ,mite be hard to get around but is nice and lots to do.

  3. Will you have an assistant or helper with you?

There are wheelchair accessible accommodation options available in the Republic of Ireland, and one I know of is the Rathfredagh Cheshire Home near Newcastle West, in Limerick, but I don't know if you would be interested .... you might prefer to google it and do a bit of research on your own first.
