Where is the best place to go on a college road trip?

I want to see a lot of top quality colleges in a short amount of time. I know boston is great to see colleges, but are there any other areas to see a lot of colleges?

  1. Here is a great 3-4 day tour of some top schools in New England:

    Fly into Boston and do Harvard and BC there.

    Drive SouthEast 1 hour on I95 to Providence and do Brown

    Drive North 1 hour on I395 to Worcester and do Holy Cross

    Head SouthWest on I90/I84/I91 for 90 minutes to Yale in New Haven, CT

    Drive north 90 minutes to Amherst, MA for Amherst College.

    Drive North for 2 hours to Hanover, NH to get to Dartmouth

    Drive 2 hours south to Boston to fly out.
