Where is the best place to go on holiday in April/May - hottest weather possible?

We want a luxury holiday, hot weather, no chance of rain, beaches but also activities.

great beaches, good food, little rain, and very warm!

however, takes a long time to travel there

in the states? or out of the country? Florida Keys is great- snorkeling sunset boat trips...great nightlife and shopping on Duval street...good eats...but there's always a chance it may rain!!

A Nile cruise the first week which is fantastic, and the Red Sea the second week for a rest but still has plenty going on.
