if you want to go this time of year? I would suggest Qiao Bo Ice and Snow World. and you could watch olympics during the summer. the lift ticket is only 30 bucks a day from 9am to 10 pm.

In North America  the top place is still Whistler/Blackcomb, followed by several Colorado, Idaho and Utah resorts and of course Banff/Lake Louise.  Mammoth in California is also great. Take a series of lessons and a guided tour from the area. There are usually some secret stashes of pow that the the locals hide for themselves that you may get a hint about.  Of course some areas we keep quiet about because they are so good.  Sun Peaks in BC, Mt Bachelor in Or.  Crystal Mt in Wa. And Willie D's home in the east for a fun time.
