  1. if you have a long enough wire that is thick enough, go directly to the battery just like the positive wire.

  2. do not listen to that guy...ur ground is not supposed to be more than 18 inches long....get a self tapping s***w and pull ur carpet up at the easiest and closest spot to ur amp and scrape the paint of the metal really good till the paint is gone and s***w it down tight with the self tapping s***w...if u got a spot in the back where u see ur the metal to ur car already, then attach it to that..whichever way is easier

  3. I would go look under your G6 and find the frame.  Next look for a good spot to drill a hole through your floor (be careful not to hit brake lines, wiring, gas tank, etc).  Then put the wire through that hole and scape away the paint from your chosen location on the frame.  Then using a grounding terminal attach that to the frame along with the wire attached to that terminal.  Good luck

  4. that is terrible advice do not go directly to the battery. make your ground as short as possible. if there is absoulutly nothing to bolt on to then you have to get self tapping screws and s***w right in to bare metal. but becarful not to s***w into any wires or the gas tank.

  5. connect it to the frame of your car. get creative with it. put a connective rings at the end and u can s***w it between your seat and the car( between the frame and the washer/bolt) i have mine under my box, i grinded the paint off  a small section , drilled a lil hole, screwd in my ground, then i put a small tack weld so it never move. if the ground isnt done right ur amp will keep shutting off. so make shur of yourself. see the black wire in the link? thats a great ground wire
